When you’ve lost NEWSWEEK…

“As a medical student and researcher, I staunchly supported the efforts of the public health authorities when it came to COVID-19. I believed that the authorities responded to the largest public health crisis of our lives with compassion, diligence, and scientific expertise. I was with them when they called for lockdowns, vaccines, and boosters.

“I was wrong. We in the scientific community were wrong. And it cost lives. I can see now that the scientific community from the CDC to the WHO to the FDA and their representatives, repeatedly overstated the evidence and misled the public about its own views and policies, including on natural vs. artificial immunity, school closures and disease transmission, aerosol spread, mask mandates, and vaccine effectiveness andsafety, especially among the young. All of these were scientific mistakes at the time, not in hindsight. Amazingly, some of these obfuscations continue to the present day.

“But perhaps more important than any individual error was how inherently flawed the overall approach of the scientific community was, and continues to be. It was flawed in a way that undermined its efficacy and resulted in thousands if not millions of preventable deaths…”

  1. They will all die before they admit they were wrong. From Fauci, Trump, Biden, Pelosi, Pence, all the way down to the specific individual who injected the shot into the average person.

They will go to their dying breath thinking they were in the right.

Even with the best-case scenario (which I don’t believe will ever happen) after being tried and sentenced, they will go to the gallows STILL not understanding why they’re being executed, not for “just following orders” but for “doing the right thing.”

  2. Bass’s opinion piece mixes partial truth with snide jabs while drawing a surprisingly false conclusion. He admits the covidocracy were wrong, but instead of clarifying that they were wrong to close schools, churches, and small businesses, wrong to mandate useless masks, wrong to withhold Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, wrong to suppress dissenters on social media, wrong to force a dangerous new medical technology on entire populations, wrong to restrict access to routine medical check ups, and so on, he twists his apology into an soy-boy admission that the medical patriarchy ignored oppressed minorities. What the actual….!

His true view of those of us who recognized the evil that was going on leaks through in this statement:

Lacking the scientific lexicon to express their disagreement, many dissidents turned to conspiracy theories and a cottage industry of scientific contortionists to make their case against the expert class consensus that dominated the pandemic mainstream.”

So we dissidents are a bunch of hillbillies who lack a scientific lexicon. Somehow he still insults us and holds us at fault for speaking out, even in the midst of what started as an apology!

Bass never concedes the danger OF THE VACCINE ITSELF, only the danger caused by people not taking it. What a snarky twisted argument.

    1. Spot on analysis here. Kudos to you for seeing through it and articulating it so well.

This is why true reading comprehension matters and is now a lost art, to our detriment.

  3. They haven’t changed, those who tried to get mRNA tech into the entire population. The apologies are theater, for what purpose I don’t know – but it’s all narrative theater to these fake reality leftists. My assumption is they are still trying to inflict it on us through other means, most likely through the food supply.

Conspiracy theory? Maybe. Don’t care. Skepticism and a willingness to act on it has kept me and mine alive and healthy so far.

    1. A conspiracy theorist is just a person with the controversial idea the some people plot together in secret to increase their power. Really shocking idea, I do say. Coincidence theory is not even defendable. Did the attendees of Bilderberg conferences just get together to secretly eat dinner and chitchat about sports and the weather?

Here’s a crazy theory: they’re testing the waters to see if they can get normies to revolt against their governments so a savior can rise from the shadows with his world government. They used to censor this stuff, but now they don’t, for a reason.
