A man who admitted to attempting to assassinate Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh in 2022 has begun using a female name and pronouns in recent court filings, according to documents made public Friday.
Nicholas Roske, 28, pleaded guilty earlier this year to attempted murder of a U.S. judge and is scheduled to be sentenced on October 3.
In a routine filing ahead of sentencing, Roske was referred to as “Sophie Roske” and identified with the title “Ms.” for the first time in official court records.
A footnote in the document clarified that Nicholas remains Roske’s legal first name.
“Out of respect for Ms. Roske, the balance of this pleading and counsel’s in-court argument will refer to her as Sophie and use female pronouns,” the footnote stated.
The filing did not include information about whether Roske is undergoing medical treatment related to gender transition.
A Bureau of Prisons spokesperson said, “For privacy, safety and security reasons, the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) does not comment on the conditions of confinement for any incarcerated individual, including health information status or treatments.”
I suppose that’s not a massive surprise with the way things have gone lately. Just keep your eyes peeled. This “all the attackers are trans” thing seems too obvious and consistent NOT to be a psy-op of some sort. Well, this is pretty convincing proof that Kirk was shot from his right side/behind him, with the neck being an exit wound.

If he had been shot from behind then why did he fall backward instead of forward? And if he had been shot from behind the bullet would have gone into the crowd possibly killing another person. Stop spreading falsehoods.

He lurched forward if you rewatch the video, then fell back. What is convincing for me is the close up of the entrance wound with blood clearly splashing. Also exit wounds are always bigger than entrance wounds.
And it’s quite possible the bullet came out and into the crowd. We’ve been lied to about everything. Do you think assassins care about collateral damage?

I’ve seen an interview of a guy who says he was in Charlie’s inner circle. He told the story of the chaos after he had been shot, and the details of them loading Charlie into an SUV and driving to the hospital. If he is who he says he is and the story is true, he would know of there was a wound in the right side of Charlie’s head.
Watched the video. Sorry – don’t believe it. Videos can be “edited”. In adition, another “expert” shows in slow motion that it’s his wire that was on the right side of his head flying off the moment he got hit in the neck. So pick your “expert” and what you want to believe, and I’ll believe what I want to believe.
Well, let’s use logic, Susan. If it’s just the wire, which means the wire sprayed, but if it is, it’s the first part of Kirk’s body that moves. He was hit there and then you see his neck bulge and then you see a wound in the front.
I’ve done a lot of hunting and never when I shot an animal did another unrelated part of the body react to a bullet before the bullet got there.
It is clear the back of his head is hit first.
I’ve also shot game , especially with a low caliber where there wasn’t much blood at the entry point.
Anyway you can find videos of the event all over and they show the same thing.
It’s hard to believe the official story, it makes zero sense. Even the video of the shooter contradicts the narrative.

The guy in the video needs to do his homework a little more because it was clear days ago that it was either a earpiece wire or a necklace from the footage on the camera to Charlie’s right.
Ahem. I haven’t seen him say this. Let’s say it’s the necklace. It flies up in the back and see his neck bulge and the wound come in the front. So, is this a magic bullet that waits before it pierces skin? If he was shot do directly in the neck not only would he go back first, the wound would appear a split second before the necklace flies up.
I’m not completely writing off the hit from behind theory (but mostly am), it’s just that it’s not blood splattering, it’s clearly a wire or necklace. Also, an entry wound at the speed of a bullet will enter and do its damage way before (relatively speaking) blood will show up and start flowing out of the entry hole. This could account for the red spot showing up a few frames later on his neck. Another thought is that an exit wound out the front of the neck would have been a lot more dramatic than just a hole showing up. Just some of my thoughts…
The official story makes perfect sense. But I do agree with you, Mike, on one point in an unrelated subject. Putin is the good guy in the Russia-Ukraine war.
