I last visited St. Peter’s in 2019 and unlike previous visits, I felt NOTHING while I was in there. It was chilling to say the least but it all makes sense. Im pretty much a lifelong Catholic, an old EWTN watcher back in the day and celebrated boomer (yeah right!). The church as we knew it is gone, absolutely, not likely to come back. It is infested. We have usurpers and cowards. The TLM is where we need to be, hanging on until Christ returns or we go home. Find the TLM, cling to Jesus, hang on.

I’m wondering if Cdl. Burke would even have the spiritual authority to exorcise the building. If I understand correctly, whoever has the authority over a place must grant permission for an exorcism of it.
When it is the demons themselves who are in control of the place, one would think Ecclesia Supplet would apply.
This gives Cardinal Burke cachet. He can claim “Look what I did”. That then takes the pressure off him for not attending to the very difficult parts of his duty to testify to truth about recent anti-popes.
