Indeed. My ocean adjacent town is proposing a baseball stadium and other large projects at sea level +/- 5 ft. If sea level rise is inevitable, who would fund/insure/underwrite such projects (some free market forces assumed)? Are we to believe that risk managers and actuaries are that stupid when real money is on the line? Would the elites be buying in Martha’s Cesspool?

Yes, and every time I check, the Statue of Liberty continues to hold on to dry land. If there’s any threat to “rising waters” around any beach, it will be from God enacting further chastisements up to and including an impending Great Chastisement, given the lack of a proper Russian consecration to Our Lady.
Gibson’s going all in here and frankly given what he’s talked about, he’s probably making the movie I always dreamed of making that is unaplogetically Catholic, mystical, conveys the whole of Salvation history from Creation, the Fall of the angels and man, encompassing everything in the Old Testament that directly foreshadows Christ, encompassing everything in pagan history and philosophy that foreshadows Christ, and tells every Jew and pagan waiting in the bosom of Abraham (and in the theater) by Christ Himself Who He is and, believing in Him, they are freed from the grave, then instituting the Church upon Peter, teaching them for 40 days, ascending in glory, and briefly following every apostle to their deaths as witnesses of these events.
I can’t wait to see what Gibson pulls off and I’m highly optimistic! Recently Gibson’s entire house and possessions burned down in the LA wildfires, but he felt free and saw this as a sign to go full steam ahead! I’m very excited!

Off topic, but in the latest podcast Ann and Mark were wondering about Mel Gibson’s Resurrection movie, and we have a significant update.
Filming officially begins next month.
It is now 2 films instead of 1 – or rather one film whose length demands it be split into two parts.
Part 1 premieres on Good Friday 2027, and Part 2 premieres 40 days later on the Feast of the Ascension 2027.
