Easter Saturday: “Desire the rational milk”

There sure are a lot of folks worrying about what the Conclave might bring. With the vast majority of red hats appointed by an antipope, it raises questions, but this is NOT an unprecedented situation. There have been dozens of antipopes, who appointed dozens and dozens of Cardinals, who in turn have voted in Conclaves which elected valid popes. At the Council of Constance, multiple Cardinals who had been appointed by multiple rival antipopes, voted to depose those antipopes and then validly elected a true Pope!  The See is vacant (since31 Dec 2022), and this Conclave will have been validly convoked (unlike in 2013). So now we wait and see… because a heretic cannot be Pope. The Office of the Papacy is conferred BY CHRIST HIMSELF. Not by the Cardinals, not by the Church. Remember this, and fear not. Prepare to engage your rational intellect.

EPISTLE I Peter 2:1-10.
Beloved: Wherefore laying away all malice and all guile and dissimulations and envies and all detractions, As newborn babes, desire the rational milk without guile, that thereby you may grow unto salvation: If so be you have tasted that the Lord is sweet. Unto whom coming, as to a living stone, rejected indeed by men but chosen and made honourable by God: Be you also as living stones built up, a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ. Wherefore it is said in the scripture: “Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious. And he that shall believe in him shall not be confounded.” To you therefore that believe, he is honour: but to them that believe not, “the stone which the builders rejected, the same is made the head of the corner:” And, “a stone of stumbling and a rock of scandal,” to them who stumble at the word, neither do believe, whereunto also they are set. But you are a chosen generation, a kingly priesthood, a holy nation, a purchased people: that you may declare his virtues, who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light: Who in times past were not a people: but are now the people of God. Who had not obtained mercy: but now have obtained mercy.

  1. Yes but it was a Council and not a Conclave (governed by UDG) and it wasn’t just cardinals who voted at the council.

  2. Hard to see how this helps. We all believe ‘Francis’ was an antipope, and a false pope. Hard to see how his appointments to the college of Cardinals—which now amounts to 80% of cardinals—are valid (even aside from the personal character of most of this class of so-called ‘men’).

The doctrine of Ecclesia Supplet or “supplied jurisdiction” Applies only for the good of the Church, and does not apply to actions by an anti-Pope Hell-bent on destroying Holy Mother Church.

Why would God “supply the jurisdiction” to such a project as the destruction of His Church? Hence, the appointment of all the Bergoglian Cardinals Is completely null and void.

As null and void as his completely illegitimate papacy.

    1. As I wrote in the post, Cardinals appointed by antipopes have elected valid popes in the past. All of the current Cardinals appointed while Pope Benedict yet lived were brought before him in vesture for his Apostolic Blessing, remember. I think the question boils down to whether or not they are Catholic, and whether or not they elect a Catholic.

      1. Dock, Your analogy does not apply. The other antipopes were Catholic. Furthermore, the doctrine of Ecclesia Supplet applied to good faith antipopes and their good faith followers, as for example St. Vincent Ferrer and Anti-Pope Pedro de Luna, Benedict XIII, who at least had thd decency to be Catholic.

This is not the case with Francis the False.

      2. If this conclave is valid then Trad, Inc. was correct to “wait it out”, and there was never any need to remove Bergoglio in the meantime.
And I guess Benedict was correct and perfectly fine to bifurcate the papacy, so long as the Cardinals brought before him were made valid by his blessing?
And those who made REAL sacrifices in all this were wrong, and should have just shut up instead of writing their Bishops and literally seeing their children refused sacraments in their own diocese due to having publicly said that Bergoglio wasn’t the Pope? Guess there wasn’t any need for all that either, huh?

          1. The solution remains the same: stay the course. It is given to a Successor of the Apostles to (at some point) render the accompt of what has already occurred, and end the apostacy.
We need a man actively holding a crosier to let loose the Lion of Truth.

      3. Not all the Cardinals were brought before Benedict. There’s been 2 consistories after Benedict’s death. Also, comparing to the Council of Constance is different as that was a Council and not a Conclave. There were also non-cardinals who voted at the Council of Constance.
