Amazing prayer. The Act of Contrition is great, and accomplishes perfect contrition if said with devotion, but I like this prayer more because it is a bit more specific.
Thank you. I had a copy of this prayer in the 1990s and used to know it almost by heart. I will print this and memorize it this time. Not going to lose it again. It’s a beautiful act of contrition (sorrow for sin). Of course now I need to find it in Latin.
