The republic now hangs by a thread: SCOTUS punts on Texas case

Whatever happens now, never forget this graphic. This is when they stopped counting the votes, realizing the magnitude of fraud that was urgently needed. Then they called in the semi-trailers.

From Vox Popoli:

Supreme Court declines its duty

(ORDER LIST: 592 U.S.)

The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.

Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins:

In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction.

“So, by a 7-2 vote, the Supreme Court renders itself irrelevant. This is hardly a surprise; I never had any more faith in Barrett than in Roberts. Perhaps there are a few more permutations and a little more drama before the court option is entirely closed, but it is becoming increasingly likely that the decision to preserve the Constitution will fall to President Trump. May God grant him wisdom and inspire him to make the right decision.”

  1. I will never stop fighting for the right to a FAIR election. This is a monstrosity, and they have taken the Constitution and run over it.

Biden will NEVER be acknowledged as a legitimate President. Not by me.

Pray for our country, that it will not be totally lost.

  2. For what it’s worth…

The big question…will President Trump extricate himself from the “kayfabe” and act to preserve the Constitution and save the Republic?

We are truly awash in a sea of moral decay, corruption and perversion infecting all institutions at all levels.

Miss “B” was a bit prophetic when years ago after the MF Global debacle she insisted , “The rule of law is dead” and the “Republic” is dead.

George W. Bush was caught stating, ” The Constitution is just a “G.D” piece of paper.”

Years ago I read a piece authored by a very liberal Democratic “Constitutional Attorney” who was scheduled to appear before both houses of Congress to alarm, educate and inform them that Constitution of the United States of America was under attack and would soon be eviscerated unless Congress stepped up to the plate to defend it.

I am remiss for not following up on his Congressional presentation/warning.

We are living and witnessing this “Constitutional attorney’s” worst nightmare.

Ditto: “May God grant him wisdom and inspire him to make the right decision.”

May we as soldiers of Christ prepare to follow the inspiration words of Archbishop Fulton Sheen and be prepared to “Drink death like water in the fight to defend His Church.”
