Never forget, God is in charge. He has foreseen all of this, and he is not handcuffed in any way. He desires that men of good will act.
“Act, and God will act.”

Our Lord: “Who do you say that I am”?;
Simon Bar-Jona: “Thou art Christ, the Son of the Living God”. (Matt 16: 13-20)
Jesus Christ wants individual decisions and professions of Faith and total abandonment to Him on The Way. Individual. When we go into confession, it is the penitent and Jesus. Corporately, we are the Body of Christ, but it begins with *individual* choices for Christ against all enemies, spiritual and temporal.
It will be of no avail on that terrible day of Judgement for us to say, “the Pope told me that you were this or that; my Bishop, my Priest, they all said the same thing”. Then Jesus, our Judge reaponds, “But who did YOU say that I am?”.
Our Lord: “Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-Jona: because flesh and blood hath not revealed it to thee, but my Father who is in heaven.”
Holy Mother Church transcends the current moment of infidelity. We have everything we need to know who, what, how, and for what purpose. Flesh and blood hath not revealed it … Grace, water from heaven, wisdom and life from God will reveal that, and we must choose Jesus every day, hour minute until the end of our individual time.
