from Complicit Clergy by Staff
U.S. Catholic Bishops were clearly complicit in the illegal invasion of our nation during the past four years. And is it any wonder? Catholic organizations received nearly $3 billion from the federal government for immigration-related services over the course of the Biden administration.
It now appears some of these same bishops are actively working to obstruct enforcement of our immigration laws. In doing so, bishops and other Catholic clergy are likely in violation these same federal laws.
Title 8 U.S.C. 1324 describes several crimes involving assisting, transporting, or harboring aliens entering the country illegally. Under this law, any of the following actions constitute a federal immigration crime:
- Smuggling aliens into the U.S. under subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(i) makes it a crime to bring aliens into the United States by any entry place other than a designated port of entry or another legal entry point. This is true even if the alien(s) in question have been legally authorized to enter.
- Transporting unauthorized aliens under subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(ii) makes it a crime to transport an unauthorized alien inside the U.S. by any means of transportation while knowing the alien has entered the country illegally.
- Harboring unauthorized aliens under subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iii) makes it a crime to harbor, shield, or conceal an unauthorized alien knowingly. Harboring includes providing shelter or other assistance (financial, food, etc.).
- Encouraging illegal entry under subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv) makes it unlawful to encourage aliens to enter the United States illegally. This includes inducing or persuading aliens to cross the border without proper authorization.
- Conspiring with others to bring in aliens illegally/aiding/abetting under subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(v) makes it a federal crime to conspire with others to bring unauthorized aliens into the United States or assist them in doing so, whether for financial gain or not.
- Bringing unauthorized aliens into the U.S under subsection 1324(a)(2). Unlike smuggling aliens, which only deals with bypassing legitimate ports of entry (see above), this section makes it a federal crime to knowingly bring any unauthorized alien into the country at any point or by any means.
- Knowingly hiring unauthorized aliens under subsection 1324(a)(3)(A). Newly added to this law in 1996, it is now a crime for any employer to hire ten or more unauthorized aliens within 12 months knowingly.
If you are aware of Catholic clergy actively obstructing enforcement of our immigration laws, we encourage you to report this information to the U.S. Customs and Border Enforcement.

My own two cents:
Yes.
Expanding on my own two cents:
Bishops in the 4th-5th centuries are chiefly remembered as Arian heretics, the only ones we know today by name were the Orthodox ones (Sts. Basil and Athanasius to name two).
Bishops in 20th-21st centuries won’t be remembered as modernist heretics, they’re going to be remembered as heads of a horrible criminal organization.
Even the “good” ones today, they’re not going to be remembered in 1700 years because they are that bad. Future seminaries across the solar system are going to use our bishops today as examples of what not to do.
In a just society, in accordance with the most appropriate jurisprudence, holding into account all extenuating and aggravating circumstances, the most advantageous adjudication for the American Episcopacy would involve . . .
Arresting them and burning them at the frickin stake!
Investigate and jail them. See what Franky knew and when he knew about it and what he did about it too.
Were any Catholic Charities or Papal institutions recipients of USAID tomfoolery as well?
USAID deserves to be audited, be reformed, or die. But not at the hands of Elon Musk, an unelected, unlawful, illegal immigrant himself. And that’s the problem.
Well Elon’s all we got, so until the Lord Jesus Christ returns, we’ll be thankful for what he’s accomplished so far and encourage him to keep at it. Like anyone gives a toss about the pharisical legalistic “prim and proper” way to do things in a country as corrupt and fallen as the USA. In case you hadn’t noticed, many of us are Catholic Monarchists for a reason.
If you’d told me ten years ago that Bishops would be imprisoned, I’d have thought ‘Hey, the Church is on the way back!’ But if you now tell me it’s not because of a restoration but rather a further degeneration in the Church (in the form of Her human leadership), well, I’ll take that too!
Yes, and right away.
A lot of them are true criminals, both in canon law and civil law. I am in the Diocese of Arlington now, and this is bishop is very good. There is a huge number of seminarians.
In the Archdiocese of Mobile, though, I noticed firsthand how a criminal bishop operates:
First, he drives as many American traditional seminarians out of the seminary as he can. (Good American potential priests will not choose Mobile, for example, when they find out that the archbishop shares the same apartment with the young vocations director.) Some good conservative ones from Alabama force themselves to make it through the liberal seminary, but he persecutes them once they become priests. Only one or two priests are ordained per year, and these are terrified of the tyrant bishop and so will never challenge him.
The criminal archbishop does not care (and is actually happy) that there a crisis of vocations. Why? Because he can get involved in human trafficking! More than half of the priests in the Archdiocese of Mobile are young priests from Poland, Africa, India, etc. He gives them a work visa, and their salary is a fortune compared to the salary they would get in the home countries, and so they do whatever he wants. Many have caused sodomy scandals in the archdiocese.
This is criminal behavior. It is a P. Diddy homosexual blackmailing ring, operated by this foreigner’s boss, the Archbishop of Mobile. That is why he only got a slap on the wrist: https://www.complicitclergy.com/2020/11/20/watch-gay-priest-in-the-heart-of-dixie/
Many of the foreign priests come from obscure dioceses or newly founded orders. Once he gets them into the archdiocese, these foreign priests appear to act as criminal associates for human trafficking to bring many of their fellow countrymen into the area where they are stationed. We have two priests from Kenya, and mysteriously a huge amount of Kenyans start showing up. One week in November we had at least fifty Kenyans show up for Mass in Montgomery with a Cameroonian priest from the Diocese of Birmingham. Why? Probably to meet with the chief human trafficker, the Kenyan priest in the parish.
The priests are orthodox in belief but think of Americans as fools to be taken advantage of. It is typical third-world behavior. No longer with President Trump! That gets them angry and scared. The Kenyan priest in Montgomery in mid-November was upset in a homily during daily Mass: “I don’t want to get political, but God loves the foreigner. It is wrong to send foreigners back to their own countries.” He implied it was as serious a sin as abortion. The truth is he is upset that the human trafficking business is soon to be ruined.
These bishops and priests need to be investigated and arrested.
