In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction.

“So, by a 7-2 vote, the Supreme Court renders itself irrelevant. This is hardly a surprise; I never had any more faith in Barrett than in Roberts. Perhaps there are a few more permutations and a little more drama before the court option is entirely closed, but it is becoming increasingly likely that the decision to preserve the Constitution will fall to President Trump. May God grant him wisdom and inspire him to make the right decision.”

During an appearance on ABC News Friday morning, Health and Human Services Director Alex Azar said that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) would grant Emergency Use Authorization to Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine. Azar added that while the process for Emergency Use Authorization has not been finalized, he expects Americans to receive initial doses of the vaccine by “Monday or Tuesday of next week.”

Azar’s comments come a day after an FDA panel voted to recommend that the Pfizer vaccine be given Emergency Use Authorization.

In a joint statement released Friday morning, FDA head Dr. Stephen Hahn and Dr. Peter Marks, the director of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, said that the FDA would “rapidly work toward finalization and issuance of an emergency use authorization.” They also said they had notified the CDC and federal authorities charged with distributing the vaccine “so they can execute their plans for timely vaccine distribution.”

The final push for a vaccine comes as cases of the virus spike to terrifying levels. More than 3,000 people died of COVID-19 on Wednesday and Thursday, according to the COVID Tracking Project, and with the virus spreading at record levels, health officials warn that deaths could increase further.

The outcome, either way, is going to leave 100,000,000 Americans believing the election was stolen from them. Let that sink in. And it won’t be the playful pussy hats, TDS, and RusiaRusiaRusia of 2016… this is for all the marbles, and everyone knows it.

Despite Trump’s venting and threats, Biden’s win is sealed

Americans who don’t wish to get caught up in the nitty gritty of Trump’s attempts to undermine the election can take their cue from one of the many judges who have dismissed the complaints of his team or his allies that the voting or counting was corrupt.

“This ship has sailed,” said U.S. District Judge Linda Parker in throwing out a lawsuit challenging Biden’s win in Michigan this week.

Not only has the ship sailed but it has reached safe harbor and dropped anchor.

Biden’s victory was essentially locked in Tuesday by the so-called safe harbor deadline set by federal law for states to finish their certifications and resolve legal disputes. It’s an insurance policy to guard against Congress trying to manipulate the electoral votes that will be cast next week and sent to the Capitol for counting on Jan. 6.

These steps — the deadline, the convening of the Electoral College in state capitals, Congress’ count in early January — are rituals that are routinely ignored by the public at large. They became less ignorable when Trump began exploring any and all avenues to stay in power.

Missouri led a group of 17 states in support of a Texas Supreme Court lawsuit aimed at delaying the appointment of presidential electors from fraud-rich states including Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin. 

The December 9th brief reiterates the argument outlined in the Texas suit, emphasizing how state officials acted unconstitutionally when their judiciaries or executive branches tampered with elections laws, including the promotion of universal mail-in ballots. Texas and the additional 18 states instead argue that only state legislatures can legislate the appointment of electors.

“The integrity of our elections is of critical importance to maintaining our republic, both today and in future elections,” Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt noted in a statement. “The stakes of protecting our Constitution, defending our liberty and ensuring that all votes are counted fairly couldn’t be higher. With this brief, we are joining the fight,” he added.

The brief, a motion for leave to file a bill of complaint, also highlights how the changes enacted by state executives and judicial branches laid the groundwork for massive electoral fraud.

“The Bill of Complaint alleges that non-legislative actors in each Defendant State unconstitutionally abolished or diluted statutory safeguards against fraud enacted by their state Legislatures, in violation of the Presidential Electors Clause,” the brief explains…

First on the list is “Guillain-Barré syndrome,” described as “a rare disorder in which your body’s immune system attacks your nerves.” The syndrome has “no known cure” and it mortality rate is “4% to 7%.” 

“Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis,” a “rare inflammatory condition that affects the brain and spinal cord,” is second on the FDA’s list. Third is “Transverse myelitis,” a neurological disorder which inflames the spinal cord, causing “pain, muscle weakness, paralysis, sensory problems, or bladder and bowel dysfunction.”

Today is December 8th, Feast of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

It was wholly fitting that so wonderful a mother should be ever resplendent with the glory of most sublime holiness and so completely free from all taint of original sin that she would triumph utterly over the ancient serpent. To her did the Father will to give his only-begotten Son — the Son whom, equal to the Father and begotten by him, the Father loves from his heart — and to give this Son in such a way thhat he would be the one and the same common Son of God the Father and of the Blessed Virgin Mary. It was she whom the Son himself chose to make his Mother and it was from her that the Holy Spirit willed and brought it about that he should be conceived and born from whom he himself proceeds.

The Glorious and Immaculate Virgin Mary was already more holy at the moment of her conception, as a mere zygote, than all the saints at the end of their earthly journey. Preserved from Original Sin by the retroactive application of the redemptive act of Calvary, she was “full of grace” from the very beginning, and would remain so unto her Assumption.

“Concerning the most Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God, ancient indeed is that devotion of the faithful based on the belief that her soul, in the first instant of its creation and in the first instant of the soul’s infusion into the body, was, by a special grace and privilege of God, in view of the merits of Jesus Christ, her Son and the Redeemer of the human race, preserved free from all stain of original sin. It is a great and terrible mystery that for all mankind since the fall, save for Mary, that our natures are wounded. When you were conceived, your first instant of life as a unique human being was marred by the transmission of Original Sin from our first parents, later remedied at your Baptism. Yet concupiscence never leaves us, and we remain wretched in plodding toward our reward. Not so for Mary, and she is always there to help us. She wants you to fly to her, so she can dispense the graces you need.

When the Fathers and writers of the Church meditated on the fact that the most Blessed Virgin was, in the name and by order of God himself, proclaimed full of grace by the Angel Gabriel when he announced her most sublime dignity of Mother of God, they thought that this singular and solemn salutation, never heard before, showed that the Mother of God is the seat of all divine graces and is adorned with all gifts of the Holy Spirit. To them Mary is an almost infinite treasury, an inexhaustible abyss of these gifts, to such an extent that she was never subject to the curse and was, together with her Son, the only partaker of perpetual benediction. Hence she was worthy to hear Elizabeth, inspired by the Holy Spirit, exclaim: “Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb.”

What does “full of grace” mean? It means FULL… no room for anything else. How could it be otherwise? Could the almighty and eternal God reside inside a stained vessel? Well, He could have done anything He wanted, but would it have been proper? Or does it make more sense, perfect sense, that He should have preferred His Mother… our Mother… to be Immaculate? Certainly we would never question his power to make it so.

Just as Christ, the Mediator between God and man, assumed human nature, blotted the handwriting of the decree that stood against us, and fastened it triumphantly to the cross, so the most holy Virgin, united with him by a most intimate and indissoluble bond, was, with him and through him, eternally at enmity with the evil serpent, and most completely triumphed over him, and thus crushed his head with her immaculate foot.

The Blessed Virgin Mary was to have such a unique bond with God, in both the natural and supernatural sense, that she could have no relation whatsoever with the serpent; he would be powerless against her from the very beginning and for all time. The Holy Ghost, infused in her soul at the first moment of her life, would later overshadow her to conceive the Second Person of the Trinity. She cooperated with the divine will by conforming her own free will to His; “Behold the handmaid of the Lord, be it done to me according to thy word.” In this way we know her also as Co-Redemptrix, as she gave life to the Redeemer and participated intimately in His life, Passion, and death. Her subordinate role in all of this in no way diminishes her glory.

The Virgin Mother of God would not be conceived by Anna before grace would bear its fruits; it was proper that she be conceived as the first-born, by whom “the first-born of every creature” would be conceived. They testified, too, that the flesh of the Virgin, although derived from Adam, did not contract the stains of Adam, and that on this account the most Blessed Virgin was the tabernacle created by God himself and formed by the Holy Spirit, truly a work in royal purple, adorned and woven with gold, which that new Beseleel^[26] made. They affirmed that the same Virgin is, and is deservedly, the first and especial work of God, escaping the fiery arrows the the evil one; that she is beautiful by nature and entirely free from all stain; that at her Immaculate Conception she came into the world all radiant like the dawn. For it was certainly not fitting that this vessel of election should be wounded by the common injuries, since she, differing so much from the others, had only nature in common with them, not sin. In fact, it was quite fitting that, as the Only-Begotten has a Father in heaven, whom the Seraphim extol as thrice holy, so he should have a Mother on earth who would never be without the splendor of holiness.

But first, can we agree on the definition of “vaccine?” Assume that we are talking about a totally legit traditional vaccine, one that has been around for years and is safe and effective. Fundamentally, what is it? Can we agree that a vaccine is a substance made from a weakened or dead version of the pathogen which is introduced into the bloodstream to induce an immune response?

Okay.

So now understand this: mRNA “vaccines” are not vaccines… No. What we are dealing with here is bio-technology and bio-engineering. In short, it is genetic modification. Imagine the exuberance of the Luciferian Gates-funded pharmas, not to mention Gates himself, in their pursuit of being God.

So how does it work? When cells divide, the strands of DNA are replicated, and the Messenger RNA (mRNA)  play a vital role in processes known as Transcription and Translation. Learn about this HERE. This thing Moderna/Pfizer/Gates have come up with is a synthetic strand of mRNA, which penetrates the membrane of healthy human cells and hijacks the normal replication process. The previously healthy human cell will now be transformed to produce a fragment of the actual virus, the so-called ‘spike protein.’ This molecule will be recognized as a pathogen, provoking an immune response.

You will also note that as recently as January 2020, this technology was not even deemed experimental yet. It was deemed theoretical. Wow.

So many questions. Will the Organic Vegan Non-GMO crowd boycott this biotech, which effectively turns every human who takes it into a walking GMO? I sure hate when logic gets in the way of healthcare decisions. What happens if the warp-speed rush to polish off the biotech results in some of the mRNA sequencing being off, by just a little? I keep thinking of poor Jeff Goldblum in The Fly.

I also keep thinking of all the fruitless decades of trying to develop a coronavirus vaccine, with countless mice, cats, and kids who died in the trials. You didn’t know about that? Yes, the problem is that these “vaccines” have a tendency to enhance uptake of the pathogen. This effect is called antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE), and I posted a long annotated explanation of this problem HERE. Bottom line, this is the reason why there has never been any sort of coronavirus vaccine. But somehow they found one in ten months?

What about pregnancy, lactation, and the long-term fertility of genetically modified mommies? Ohhh… they don’t want to go there. You want to know how mRNA biotech might interfere with a developing baby, a breastfeeding baby, or mom’s chances of ever getting pregnant again? Too bad, since they purposely avoided trialing any of that, not even in mice. No need to disappear the evidence if no evidence was produced. Then when Pfizer got the UK approval, they issued TEN PAGES of splaining, warnings, disclaimers, etc. HERE

Bill Gates is on video explaining that he wants to reduce world population by 90%, but I’m the crackpot for suggesting that a vaccine that operates via synthetic genetics might pose fertility risks. Yup.

Please start explaining this stuff to friends and family.

How did Jesus respond when John’s disciples inquired as to His identity? He asked them to examine the evidence, and use their rational intellects.

Gather the evidence, and act. What does the evidence show? Are we afraid to examine it? Quid est veritas?

It applies to so many situations in life, doesn’t it? Go ahead and assume that God gave you exactly the right amount of brainpower to figure out whatever data set He has put in front of you. It doesn’t always turn out that way, but it’s a good rule of thumb. He knew before He created the universe that you and that data set would come together at that very moment. Defer to logic and deploy your rational intellect.

Does logic dictate that Christ expects you to be in union with an arch-heretic cleric, who is himself in union with Satan, in order for you to be in union with Him? That doesn’t sound right, does it? But we know that union with the Church, and her head, is necessary for salvation. So this is a pretty serious topic, and it may require putting down the video game controller, turning off the latest Marvel superhero trash, or perhaps taking just one day to not make 250 tweets. Or, if you yourself are a cleric, or even a prelate, how much time have you spent examining the evidence, and when are you going to act?

Pope Benedict’s resignation was invalid six ways to Sunday. Canons 131.1, 188, 332.2. He believes it is impossible for a man to fully separate himself from the papacy once he has accepted it. He has written about this and has laid it out in multiple interviews. He thinks the papacy imparts an indelible mark, which cannot be removed. This is substantial error, and it renders the resignation totally invalid. He can’t just choose to remain partially pope, retaining his papal name, inside the Vatican, dressed in white, addressed as “His Holiness,” imparting his Apostolic Blessing… but with his outward duties delegated, having expanded the Petrine Ministry to include one active member and one contemplative member, in an act of such momentous import that Archbishop Gänswein dared to compare it to the Immaculate Conception. The papacy is a divine institution; its nature cannot be altered, not even by a pope. There is a mountain of evidence to be examined, from events in the early months of 2013, right through into real time. Like when all the new Cardinals keep coming to kiss Pope Benedict’s ring, a solemn and symbolic act of great meaning.

Which reminds me, today also happens to be December 6th, Feast of St. Nicholas, puncher of heretics. Let us beg the intercession of old Saint Nick toward resolution of the papal crisis, and all the other natural and supernatural crises we are facing today. St. Nicholas, pray for us.

PHOENIX – Four Republican leaders in the Arizona Legislature are calling for an audit of Maricopa County’s election equipment and software. Senate President Karen Fann and Speaker of the House Rusty Bowers, along with Senate Government Chair Michelle Ugenti-Rita and House Majority Leader Warren Petersen, issued a press release on the matter Friday after “numerous phone calls with members of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.”
