Gee, another “right-wing conspiracy theory” is proven true…

The Times’ dishonesty is on full display even in the reporting of this breathtaking news.

Does this amazing revelation earn its own headline? Nope.

Does this amazing revelation sit at the top of the story? Nope.

Here’s how the propagandists at the Times bury the truth:

Headline: “A Positive Covid Milestone.”

Sub-headline: “In a sign that the pandemic really is over, the total number of Americans dying each day is no longer historically abnormal.”

And it is only after reading some 17 paragraphs where you will finally find the buried truth…

The official number is probably an exaggeration because it includes some people who had virus when they died even though it was not the underlying cause of death. Other C.D.C. data suggests that almost one-third of official recent Covid deaths have fallen into this category. A study published in the journal Clinical Infectious Diseases came to similar conclusions.

One-third.

We shut down the country, we closed schools, we bankrupted people, we bankrupted small businesses, we destroyed our economy, we transferred enormous wealth to the top one percent… All based on data that was off by a full third.

Here’s how the Times responded when Trump suggested the death count was over-hyped:

Last Friday, Mr. Trump told reporters that he accepted the current death toll, but that the figures could be “lower than” the official count, which now totals nearly 95,000.

Most statisticians and public health experts say he is wrong; the death toll is probably far higher than what is publicly known. … Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, the nation’s top infectious disease expert, told lawmakers this month that the overall toll was likely an undercount. “I don’t know exactly what percent higher but almost certainly it is higher[.]”

Here’s St. Fauci again:

Anthony Fauci, the top US infectious diseases expert, has warned that baseless “conspiracy theories” are swirling around the coronavirus crisis following claims that America’s official death toll from Covid-19 has been overstated.

Far-left PolitiFact gave the claim COVID deaths were overcounted a “pants on fire.”

CNNLOL: “The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention doubled down against rumors — spread mostly on social media — suggesting that coronavirus deaths have been greatly exaggerated.”

We will now add this latest conspiracy theory-come-true to our ongoing list of blatant media lies:

All the government does is lie, lie, lie, lie, and then lie some more.

All the corporate media do is lie, lie, lie, lie, and then lie some more.

And then, when the facts become too obvious to hide, the truth is buried under 17 paragraphs.

“The fact.” So it was a known fact before Feb 1st, 2020 that gain-of-function research was going on at Wuhan, specifically designed to genetically modify bat viruses to infect humans. Coupled with the fact that the mutations in the covid gene sequence were never before seen in a bat virus, and would have been “most unusual” to have evolved naturally in bats, he suspected that the sequence was “intentionally inserted.”

Not so fast: Fifth Circuit Court blocks injunction, insists Biden be allowed to violate First Amendment while awaiting appeal

If you read through that, and the link to the broader story, then you know that the evidence in this case is such a slam dunk, the judge actually asked the government lawyers if the damning emails were real. Said lawyers admitted they were real, but then turbo gaslit by claiming the emails “don’t say what you think they say.” Now a higher court, late Friday, has ruled that the government appeal means that the regime can continue destroying the First Amendment until further notice. Appeals Court Temporarily Blocks Injunction Against Biden Admin’s Censorship Efforts With Big Tech

A federal appeals court issued a temporary stay on a judge’s injunction barring federal officials from communicating with social media companies for the purposes of censoring protected speech on Friday.

Western District of Louisiana Judge Terry A. Doughty previously denied the Biden administration’s request for an emergency order pausing his injunction on July 10. In an order Friday, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals issued an administrative stay on the injunction “until further orders” of the court.

Doughty had previously issued a preliminary injunction barring the Biden administration from communicating with social media companies to censor protected speech on July 4.

The panel of judges who hear the case for arguments on the merits will later consider the administration’s motion for a longer stay, according to the order.

When Doughty denied the administration’s request for an emergency order Monday, he said the injunction only bars the administration from doing something they “no legal right to do—contacting social media companies for the purpose of urging, encouraging, pressuring, or inducing in any manner, the removal, deletion, suppression, or reduction of content containing protected free speech posted on social-media platforms. It also contains numerous exceptions.”

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey and Louisiana Attorney General Jeffrey Landry slammed the administration’s attempt to stop the injunction as asking to “continue violating the First Amendment” in a July 10 court filing.

The case is Missouri v. Biden. Never heard of it? That’s because no one seems to be covering it, not even “conservative” media. On 1/23/21, right after Biden took office, the White House asked Twitter to remove a tweet from the platform. I BEG anyone on the left to come and try to dispute that this single instance is grounds for a win in this suit. They also asked to have other tweets like it removed.

On 2/6/21, Rob Flaherty (who has left his role at the White House) demanded Twitter remove a Biden parody account using the language below. Twitter acted within 45 minutes.

On 2/7/21, Twitter granted the White House access to its support portal because they were getting too many censorship requests from the White House and wanted to streamline the process. So many people were reaching out with censorship requests Twitter said they were “bombarded.”

On 2/8/21, Flaherty assumed his role as a quasi “Trust and Safety” executive for Facebook, demanding to know specifics about how Facebook was removing content that he didn’t like. It would only get much worse from here.

On 2/9/21, Flaherty emailed Facebook, accusing them of causing political violence because they didn’t censor COVID-19 claims. Facebook responded that “vaccine-skeptical” didn’t violate its policies. However, in order to satisfy the White House because of their urging, they would limit the distribution of content the White House didn’t like.

It is important to note, that had it not been for the White House pressure, Facebook WOULD NOT have taken any action on this content, as it DID NOT violate its policies.
Facebook was beholden to Rob Flaherty. He often required they provide him detailed information and reports about “misinformation” on the COVID shot that was NOT being censored. He was very interested in censoring ANY SPEECH that may contribute to “vaccine hesitancy.”

But it wasn’t only Facebook. On 3/1/21, Flaherty and the HHS had a meeting with Twitter. Correspondence between them about the meeting shows Twitter responding to THEIR requests to censor “misleading information” on Twitter.

You Cannot Be a “Schismatic” For Keeping the Faith

The sensitivity that Bergoglio shows towards idols and false religions is second only to the contempt he has for the true God and the one Church. On the one hand, he receives notoriously blasphemous artists in the Sistine Chapel and supports the LGBTQ+ sect which publicly vilifies Our Lord and the Blessed Virgin; on the other hand he expresses “indignation” over a Koran burned by those who are exasperated by the Mohammedan invasion imposed by the New World Order he promoted. A crucifix dipped in urine is worth a papal audience full of smiles and a “thumbs up;” the Pachamama thrown into the Tiber arouses deploration. One wonders of which “church” he can be considered “pope:” certainly not the Catholic one. Bergoglio and his sect, enslaved to woke ideology, take the errors of Vatican II to their extreme consequences and create the premises—with immigration—and ecumenism—for the social unrest that the globalist elite wants to create, so as to legitimize new restrictions on fundamental freedoms. AB. Viganò’s words come on the heels of many liberal Catholics calling traditional Catholics “schismatics.” Let us remember that St. Thomas Aquinas teaches in his Summa II-II Q. 39 Art 1 Reply Obj 3 that “whoever is a heretic is also a schismatic, but not conversely.”  Of course, St. Thomas teaches schism is a major sin against charity. But St. Thomas would also clearly assert that if ever a time in Church history were to arrive when a man in an apparent-role of Catholic authority were to be an obstinate and manifest heretic, that man (not his orthodox enemies) would be the one who is truly the heretic and the schismatic.

Clearly, the easy rebuttal to the assertion in the above paragraph goes like this:  But who is to determine who is a heretic in the higher levels of the hierarchy?  The counter-argument is just as simple, for St. Robert Bellarmine writes:  For men are not bound or able to read hearts, but when they see that someone is a heretic by his external works, they judge him to be a heretic, pure and simple, and condemn him as a heretic.—De Romano Pontifice, Book II, Chapter 30.


Archbishop “Kissy Fernandez” (as many on Catholic Twitter refer to him) said his buddy is aiming at a “reform that is irreversible.”  I actually believe him.  But let’s remember: Christ will not let His own Church be mutated.  In other words, the bad-guys in Rome are now deforming something that is not Christ’s Church.  Archbishop Viganò calls this new ecclesiastical-apparatus a “parallel Church” here.

Also remember this:  To separate yourself from the Holy Spirit is to separate yourself from the Catholic Faith, not to separate yourself from an apparent-authority member who gained office by a jacked Conclave. Again, St. Thomas Aquinas teaches heretics are both heretics and schismatics.  Thus, God is faithful to his promise that a traditional Catholic (even in 2023) can not be a schismatic simply by maintaining the ancient faith and being vocal (or digital) about it. To assert otherwise would be to belong to a giant cult that now fronts as “Catholic…” but is anything but.

The heresy from Rome is now so obvious that I am convinced God is letting them unveil their own level of evil for all to see.  Although I don’t believe the “conservative” Cardinals in real life in the above tree are particularly courageous, the political cartoon reveals something very true about Catholic ecclesiology: The heretics who think they are isolating true Catholics are only cutting off their own connection to the Truth, who is Jesus Christ.  Indeed, the “changes” of Vatican II have reached their zenith where the modernists acting as parasites upon the body of Christ have reached a level of drunkenness on power.

But they don’t know their parallel-Church is about to collapse.

Remember the soul of the everlasting Church is the Holy Spirit according to Pope Pius XII in Mystici Corporis Christi.  And the spouse of the Holy Spirit is the Immaculate Virgin Mary.  The Mother of God is the destroyer of all heresies.  Our Blessed Mother predicted both an “era of peace” at Fatima and the “full restoration of the Church” at Ecuador in Good Success.   I suspect that Jesus Christ returns in glory soon. But if He doesn’t return soon, I hope that we get that truly traditional Pope who starts off the “full restoration of the Catholic Church.”

Yes, I know this would be a miracle.  But Our Lady of Good Success predicted that after the 20th century, God would be “sending to this Church the Prelate who will restore the spirit of her priests.”  (Keep in mind also that God has only used Cardinals to choose Popes for the last 1700 years.  That’s a long time, but it’s proof that Almighty God is not bound to the Cardinalate to elect Popes.)

Yes, I’m hoping for a truly traditional Pope, even if the majority of normy Catholics (both clergy and lay) reject him as “disobedient” to all the Popes of Vatican II.  No, I am not I am not hoping for a “Pope Michael of Kansas” at the local level.  I’m talking about some global-event that ends this 65-year old eclipse covering over the visibility of the Church.  Whether Jesus returns soon or not, I pray for not only the glory of the Church to return in her human aspect (for she never lost it in the divine aspect) but even that her visibility might become the glory of a shining supernova after that dark storm of modernism had nearly extinguished the true perennial faith.

Until either of those happen (the Judgment or the Triumph)  just hold fast to the True Faith once handed over by Jesus Christ Himself to the Apostles.  This is the same Faith handed on from the Apostles to the Fathers, and the Fathers to the saints of the Church of all-time.

Electric cars are piling up on dealer lots, because no one wants them

The auto industry is beginning to crank out more electric vehicles (EVs) to challenge Tesla, but there’s one big problem: not enough buyers.

Why it matters: The growing mismatch between EV supply and demand is a sign that even though consumers are showing more interest in EVs, they’re still wary about purchasing one because of price or charging concerns.

  • It’s a “Field of Dreams” moment for automakers making big bets on electrification — they’ve built the cars, and now they’re waiting for buyers to come, says Jonathan Gregory, senior manager of economic and industry insights at Cox Automotive.

Driving the news: Cox Automotive experts highlighted the swelling EV inventories during a recent midyear industry review for journalists and industry stakeholders.

  • EV sales, which account for about 6.5% of the U.S. auto market so far this year, are expected to surpass 1 million units for the first time in 2023, Cox forecasts.
  • A Cox survey found that 51% of consumers are now considering either a new or used EV, up from 38% in 2021.
  • Tesla’s rapid expansion, plus new EVs from other brands, are fueling the interest — 33 new models are arriving this year, and more than 50 new or updated models are coming in 2024, Cox estimates.

Yes, but: Sales aren’t keeping up with that increased output.

Details: The nationwide supply of EVs in stock has swelled nearly 350% this year, to more than 92,000 units.
  • That’s a 92-day supply — roughly three months’ worth of EVs, and nearly twice the industry average.
  • For comparison, dealers have a relatively low 54 days’ worth of gasoline-powered vehicles in inventory as they rebound from pandemic-related supply chain interruptions.
  • In normal times, there’s usually a 70-day supply.
  • Notably, Cox’s inventory data doesn’t include Tesla, which sells direct to consumers.

Zoom in: Some brands are seeing higher EV inventories than others.

  • Genesis, the Korean luxury brand, sold only 18 of its nearly $82,000 Electrified G80 sedans in the 30 days leading up to June 29, and had 210 in stock nationwide — a 350-day supply, per Cox research.
  • Other luxury models, like Audi’s Q4 e-tron and Q8 e-tron and the GMC Hummer EV SUV, also have bloated inventories well above 100 days. All come with hefty price tags that make them ineligible for federal tax credits.
  • Imported models like the Kia EV6, Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Nissan Ariya are also stacking up — likely because they’re not eligible for tax credits either.
  • Tesla’s price-cutting strategy could be taking a toll, too: The once-hot Ford Mustang Mach-E now has a 117-day supply. Ford says that’s the result of ramped-up production in anticipation of stronger third-quarter sales.

The intrigue: Hybrid vehicles have much lower inventory levels, supporting Toyota’s argument that consumers want a stepping stone to fully electric cars.

  • There’s a relatively tight 44-day supply of hybrids industrywide, according to Cox.
  • Toyotas are in particularly short supply — under 30 days each for Prius and RAV4 hybrids and plug-in hybrids.

Of note: Toyota’s only fully electric model, the Bz4X, has a 101-day supply.

What to watch: More charging infrastructure is coming, and EV prices should reach parity with gasoline vehicles around 2025, according to Bank of America Securities auto analyst John Murphy.

  • Until then, automakers will be left waiting for EV buyers to show up.
