Did somebody say conspiracy theory? Covi-pass comes close. I’m not saying it’s mark-of-the-beast or anything. But there is no earthly reason for this, no scientific justification, no sane explanation.

Putting all your health info on a chip a private company can control? And which you need to “return to work”? What could go wrong?

Arizona bars, gyms, movie theaters, etc all closed down again last night by state mandate. Lawsuits have already been filed this morning. I will have more to write on the hospitalizations and whatnot later.

But the only thing I see people in a panic over is if they spot someone without a chin diaper. That part has gotten really bad. Every business now has signage up at the entrance. You will be accosted if you disobey. More to come on this topic, as well.

Randomly stumbled upon: iPhone turns 13 today

Thirteen years ago today, iPhone was introduced. Feast of SS Peter and Paul. I wonder the prophetic significance of that.

It wasn’t the first smartphone, but it might as well have been. Apple lover or hater, if you were alive when it happened, you know just how revolutionary this was. You don’t even need to be a geek… normal people remember the first time they touched one and interacted with it. I was BlackBerry at the time, and I couldn’t even get my head around how this thing was all touchscreen and one button. What the heck is an app? Oooh, it comes with up to 8GB… wow! The user experience was so far beyond anything on the market, so intuitive and even fun, that you knew instantly that this was going to change everything. The rare marketing slogan that turned out to be an understatement.

Try explaining to someone younger than 20 what life was like before smartphones. Even better, try taking away their smartphone for an hour, and see what happens.

The iPhone was released in the United States on June 29, 2007 at the price of $499 for the 4 GB model and $599 for the 8 GB model, both requiring a 2-year contract.[20] Thousands of people were reported to have waited outside Apple and AT&T retail stores days before the device’s launch;[21] many stores reported stock shortages within an hour of availability. To avoid repeating the problems of the PlayStation 3 launch, which caused burglaries and even a shooting, off-duty police officers were hired to guard stores overnight.[22][23]

I see all of these virtual high school graduations happening. None of today’s graduates has ever lived without a supercomputer in their pocket. Never has the sum of mankind’s knowledge been available so readily, so cheaply, so easily.

Arizona is the darling of corona panic, and now it’s inside the Phoenix Cathedral

I am not breaking this news, it has been on the internet for hours. One of the priests at the cathedral parish has tested positive. They actually named the priest in an email that went out to parishioners, but I’m not going to print that here. I’m a little surprised they would do that.

His last public Mass was last Sunday at 6pm. The email reads, “His condition has steadily improved, and he has been taking extra precautions in the rectory for everyone’s health and safety.”

So sometime in the last six days, he got sick, got tested, came back positive, and has already “steadily improved?”

The rector, Fr. Lankeit, is urging anyone who attended Masses or came into contact with this priest to closely monitor for symptoms and get tested if warranted. The rector and the bishop have self-quarantined pending results of their tests.

If you’re a regular reader of this space, you know where I stand on this whole ordeal. Still, please join me in a prayer for these men and their parishioners. An act of charity does not go wasted.

CDC finally admits TENS OF MILLIONS of people in the U.S. have already had the corona, never knew it, and LIVED

At least 20,000,000 people, most of whom never knew it. It’s a mild cold virus, in most people. HERE

And if 10x more people have had it then reported, you know what that means? It means the mortality rate is ten times lower than reported. Around 0.005, actually. But even that isn’t right, because almost all who died at the beginning were either purposely murdered by vent, murdered by forced contamination of congregate settings, or otherwise compromised/elderly/nursing homes. Meaning, the death rate moving forward in time with continue much lower.

OK, enough of the bull**** (again)

We know at this point Covid-19 is a bi-phasic disease.  That is, in most people it presents either asymptomatic or with mild to moderate flu-like symptoms.  That’s what the vast majority of people experience, including a very significant percentage of people at “high risk.”

Indeed even the CDC is now admitting that ten times the number of people that have “tested positive” have actually had Covid-19.  This, of course, means the death rate is 1/10th that reported.  I pointed this out — that the data we had was only supportable as valid if there was a monstrous number of people who were “silently” infected in March.

In some small percentage of the people infected they may or may not get that set of symptomology but irrespective of that they also get a far more-serious set.  These are the people who wind up the ICU and die.  We know what the co-morbidities are that greatly increase the risk of that happening — in some cases by a factor of 10 or more.  But there is no guarantee for anyone that they won’t get the more-serious set of conditions.

The NIH explicitly recommends against screening for two markers (sequentially, if necessary) that we know, through clinical experience and have known since March, are markers for the more-serious form of the disease when someone originally presents to a medical facility.  The cost of such a screening test is about $20.

Further, there are exactly zero circumstances under which a high reading on that first test is not indicative of a serious problem of some sort in the human body.  D-dimer, the test in question, is a byproduct of blood clotting; if it is elevated there is abnormal clotting activity going on somewhere; it does not tell you where, but it does tell you what.

One potential cause of the first test being abnormal is cardiac clotting.  That’s very bad for obvious reasons, and ruling it out costs about an additional $10-12 to test troponin level, which is a cardiac enzyme indicating distress in the heart muscle.  (If that one’s positive, by the way, you’re probably being admitted to the hospital, but not for Covid — for a serious heart problem!)…

The Nasty On Coronavirus: Quick Hit

Presume the following, all of which are facts:

1. CDC says we have 10x as many people who have had Coronavirus as were tested (e.g. for every symptomatic tested we have 10 who never were and are either asymptomatic or think it’s something else — they sneeze, etc)  By the way, they really do say this — that’s not conjecture on my part.

2. We know there is material cross-immunity.  We knew this in February (Diamond Princess)

3. NY has recorded 390,000 positives.  Multiply by 10, that’s 3.9 million people.  This is almost-exactly 20% of the population.

4. If 50%, more or less, have cross-immunity the remaining susceptible population is approximately 30%.

HERD SUPPRESSION IS 66%, MORE OR LESS, FOR AN R0 OF 3.0.

This is why you can loot, burn and riot in NY, with zero social distancing, and nothing happens.  There should have been tens of thousands of primary infections from that event and over 100,000 secondary infections before the primary infected persons got sick enough to seek treatment in NY.  The facts are that this didn’t happen…

Sobering Assessment of the State of the Union and the World

In addition (and I won’t cut and paste anymore) on the ordo dei blog a story related about a certain Father Robert I. Bradley, S.J., who was at the council. After the council had closed, Paul VI, addressing the assembled bishops, proposed to restore an older title of our Blessed Mother and address her as “Mater Ecclesiae” (Mother of the Church). Father Bradley reported that the response was an audible hiss. A hiss! Delivered in response to such a worthy proposal to honor our Mother and our Queen, by bishops of all people and in St. Peter’s! The thought of that will disturb me for the rest of my life.

Now like all good Italian sons I think my mother is a saint (but still pray for her in case she’s still in purgatory which is my duty in general but to her in particular under the 4th commandment). And if my mother were treated thus by people who should know better, I’d probably be moved to a fury. And I am nothing. The Lord’s mother IS a saint, Queen of the saints in fact. And Her Son is Everything, where I am nothing. Imagine His reaction to His Mother being hissed by His bishops in His basilica! I wouldn’t want to be in their loafers.

Now why would they do such a thing? No supernatural faith in my opinion. And because such a title might get in the way of the almighty “ecumenism.” So let’s appease protestant heretics and followers of heathen religions who are indifferent to the Mother of God at best and outright hate her at worst. Her Son will understand, right? Insanity.

Abp. Vigano is right: this is a supernatural battle. And no way anything in the world gets cleaned up until the Church first gets straightened out. And with the mad Argentine running around, an episcopacy filled with effeminates, modernists, and various and sundry poofs; that doesn’t look to be imminent.

Ignore Our Lady of Fatima, hiss Our Lady Mater Ecclesiae, and now the Church and the world are reaping it.

It is bullshit. Every approved flak, academic, and pol said screw social distancing if rioting, looting, and mayhem was your goal, just as these same bottom feeders said social distance was a must if attending a Trump rally. Or in opening businesses by other than skateboard through the window.

Our enemies want you to forget the headlines above (we had several last week, too). They are hoping you are stupid enough to believe what they tell you because they are in charge.

Look out your window. It is clear we are living in a time when those above us are the dumbest of any leaders in all of history. Want more proof?

They changed the headline on this story, which I should have screenshot. It was originally “WHO chief warns coronavirus pandemic accelerating“. It’s now something about Brazil, but you can see the original in the URL.

This is bullshit. This is an outright lie, pure power politics.

I’ve been telling us for months (yes, months) that the only number that we can really trust is the all-cause weekly deaths. Everything else can be, and is, fudged, especially in the media.

We’re not the only ones who are noticing. Axios: U.S. Coronavirus Cases Are Increasing, But Deaths Aren’t — Yet. Key sentence “‘The death rate always lags several weeks behind the infection rate,’ top infectious disease expert Anthony Fauci told me.”

Fraudci! No handshakes forever Faudci! Ignore him.

They’re also pushing “hospitalizations.” After lockdowns eased, people started to go to the doc for complaints they’ve been waiting on. They get tested. Lo, coronavirus is found. And the cancer patient (or whatever) is now listed as a coronavirus hospitalization.

All Cause Deaths

This is the per capita all-cause weekly deaths. As usual, the last two weeks are under-reported. It can take up to eight weeks, the CDC says, for the full report, but two is more usual. There is no sense in this data that it’s anything but getting better.

Here’s the blowup (actual numbers, not per capita).

The dashed line is the all-cause minus official COVID deaths. Even accounting for late reporting, it is clear this crisis is over. Finished. Kaput. Done. Finis.

Everything the media and politicians are pushing is hype, meant now only to control, to manipulate. Do not submit.

USA! USA! USA!

That’s the official CDC weekly COVID deaths, up through 19 June, the latest numbers available. These numbers are likely exaggerated, as we saw from the all-cause deaths above. But there is still no sense whatsoever that it’s getting worse.

Here are the reported — i.e. MEDIA — numbers. They are not the same as the CDC numbers. They are higher, by at least 10% everywhere. The media has been using higher numbers all along, and they continue to do so. They cannot be trusted.

Ignore the model if you’re a skeptic; it clearly is pulled down too much by the huge spike in the middle. Doesn’t matter. Point is, even the media numbers are down and heading further south.

I left all the other material out, like in how infections are about 70 million, and testing is turning up old cases. I wanted to this to be succinct as possible. Every time you hear somebody pushing fear, show them the plots above.
