Melinda Gates: It’s time to have some good regulation on social media platforms

The spread of very often absurd vaccine misinformation on social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter is not what the world needs as it prepares to inoculate itself for COVID-19. And one of the most influential names in tech and health care has a message to Big Social Media.

“You know, we have good regulations for TV broadcasting. They were many, many years ago. We have good regulations in the motion picture industry. It’s time to have some good regulation on these social media platforms,” Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation co-chair Melinda Gates told Yahoo Finance when asked about the responsibility of social media platforms to clean-up vaccine misinformation. “We already know there’s a tremendous amount of vaccine hesitancy because of the disinformation. And the disinformation is incredibly unfortunate because it actually results in people’s deaths. If you don’t do the right thing, you get COVID and you could die.”

To be sure, vaccine misinformation — of which Bill and Melinda Gates are sometimes the target of by anti-vaxxers on Facebook and Twitter — has become embedded in the psyche of many people… People who rely on social media for information were more likely to be misinformed about vaccines than those who trust traditional media outlets. And this misinformation spread could hurt the uptake of the COVID-19 vaccine…. A poll in September from the Pew Research Center found that about 49% of U.S. adults would definitely or probably not get a COVID-19 vaccine if it became available right now…

I too have watched this situation very carefully, and I have written many articles and produced several videos to explain the situation to people who have been manipulated through lies and fear.

I have also watched how the Police, the Alphabets, Politicians, and the Courts have relished the power and unrestrained control over the population this ‘virus’ has afforded them.

I have seen in Australia, the UK, and Spain in particular the absolute enthusiasm the Police have demonstrated for indulging in thuggish violence against peaceful people, or using force to close businesses, writing punitive fines, and forcing their way into peoples homes to arrest old people and pregnant women for exercising their rights to free speech on the internet.

I have seen societies divided down to the family level – those who hang on every word the so called elite say, and those who see the lies, the false science, and the step by step sleepwalk into crushing tyranny.

In many countries around the world I see pressure building. I see anger building. I see people now openly talking about arresting the elites and restoring true democracy and freedoms and rights.

However, those of us who understand these things know that peaceful protest is only going to get met with state sanctioned violence – potentially crushing violence against the people.
Those of us who understand know, that once that happens there can only be one response, and the consequences of that response will have massive consequences for everyone – including the so called elite.

In their arrogance the so called elite believe they are protected by the thugs they have paid for and protected behind the laws they wrote (and the judges they have bought), however, they forget that we see them. We know who they are, we know where they have their 2nd, 3rd, and 4th homes, and where their floating palaces are docked.

When this blows, and it will – my Solzhenitsyn like line in the sand is forced vaccination – when this blows the elite will have no where to hide from the millions of angry people who’s lives they have destroyed.

I think the elite recognize their time is now short, and that if they do not get whatever the hell is inside us this ‘vaccine’ inside our bodies now, they will be set back years, perhaps generations in their Luciferian plan of ‘great works’ to destroy and then ‘build back better’.

This rush with their evil brew of RNA, nano-particles, and who knows what else – and the desperation to get inside as many people as soon as possible has woken up more people than any article anyone could ever write.

Once the mandates start and force is used against the people to give the evil brew, or crush protests – then it starts. Once it starts it will not end until one side is completely crushed. There will be no surrender by either side on this one because its game over for ever who looses this coming war.

The miracle of Our Lady of Guadalupe is amazing in many ways. For one thing, it is a “continuous miracle” which continues to this day in the tilma. The image itself is miraculous of course, but also the physical survival of the cactus fabric, which should have disintegrated at least 400 years ago. The most fascinating aspect is that the image is actually a reflection of the Virgin, who was physically in the room, yet invisible. We know this because the scene with Juan Diego and the bishop at that very moment is reflected in her eyes in the image. Super cool. Happy feast, everyone!

In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction.

“So, by a 7-2 vote, the Supreme Court renders itself irrelevant. This is hardly a surprise; I never had any more faith in Barrett than in Roberts. Perhaps there are a few more permutations and a little more drama before the court option is entirely closed, but it is becoming increasingly likely that the decision to preserve the Constitution will fall to President Trump. May God grant him wisdom and inspire him to make the right decision.”

During an appearance on ABC News Friday morning, Health and Human Services Director Alex Azar said that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) would grant Emergency Use Authorization to Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine. Azar added that while the process for Emergency Use Authorization has not been finalized, he expects Americans to receive initial doses of the vaccine by “Monday or Tuesday of next week.”

Azar’s comments come a day after an FDA panel voted to recommend that the Pfizer vaccine be given Emergency Use Authorization.

In a joint statement released Friday morning, FDA head Dr. Stephen Hahn and Dr. Peter Marks, the director of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, said that the FDA would “rapidly work toward finalization and issuance of an emergency use authorization.” They also said they had notified the CDC and federal authorities charged with distributing the vaccine “so they can execute their plans for timely vaccine distribution.”

The final push for a vaccine comes as cases of the virus spike to terrifying levels. More than 3,000 people died of COVID-19 on Wednesday and Thursday, according to the COVID Tracking Project, and with the virus spreading at record levels, health officials warn that deaths could increase further.

The outcome, either way, is going to leave 100,000,000 Americans believing the election was stolen from them. Let that sink in. And it won’t be the playful pussy hats, TDS, and RusiaRusiaRusia of 2016… this is for all the marbles, and everyone knows it.

Despite Trump’s venting and threats, Biden’s win is sealed

Americans who don’t wish to get caught up in the nitty gritty of Trump’s attempts to undermine the election can take their cue from one of the many judges who have dismissed the complaints of his team or his allies that the voting or counting was corrupt.

“This ship has sailed,” said U.S. District Judge Linda Parker in throwing out a lawsuit challenging Biden’s win in Michigan this week.

Not only has the ship sailed but it has reached safe harbor and dropped anchor.

Biden’s victory was essentially locked in Tuesday by the so-called safe harbor deadline set by federal law for states to finish their certifications and resolve legal disputes. It’s an insurance policy to guard against Congress trying to manipulate the electoral votes that will be cast next week and sent to the Capitol for counting on Jan. 6.

These steps — the deadline, the convening of the Electoral College in state capitals, Congress’ count in early January — are rituals that are routinely ignored by the public at large. They became less ignorable when Trump began exploring any and all avenues to stay in power.

Missouri led a group of 17 states in support of a Texas Supreme Court lawsuit aimed at delaying the appointment of presidential electors from fraud-rich states including Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin. 

The December 9th brief reiterates the argument outlined in the Texas suit, emphasizing how state officials acted unconstitutionally when their judiciaries or executive branches tampered with elections laws, including the promotion of universal mail-in ballots. Texas and the additional 18 states instead argue that only state legislatures can legislate the appointment of electors.

“The integrity of our elections is of critical importance to maintaining our republic, both today and in future elections,” Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt noted in a statement. “The stakes of protecting our Constitution, defending our liberty and ensuring that all votes are counted fairly couldn’t be higher. With this brief, we are joining the fight,” he added.

The brief, a motion for leave to file a bill of complaint, also highlights how the changes enacted by state executives and judicial branches laid the groundwork for massive electoral fraud.

“The Bill of Complaint alleges that non-legislative actors in each Defendant State unconstitutionally abolished or diluted statutory safeguards against fraud enacted by their state Legislatures, in violation of the Presidential Electors Clause,” the brief explains…

First on the list is “Guillain-Barré syndrome,” described as “a rare disorder in which your body’s immune system attacks your nerves.” The syndrome has “no known cure” and it mortality rate is “4% to 7%.” 

“Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis,” a “rare inflammatory condition that affects the brain and spinal cord,” is second on the FDA’s list. Third is “Transverse myelitis,” a neurological disorder which inflames the spinal cord, causing “pain, muscle weakness, paralysis, sensory problems, or bladder and bowel dysfunction.”
