PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Philadelphia’s district attorney is highlighting voter protection efforts ahead of Tuesday’s election.
The D.A.’s Election Task Force, along with city leaders and the police commissioner, held a news conference on Monday morning.
D.A. Larry Krasner says there will be additional officers at polling locations across the city.
However, by law, no police officer is allowed to be within one hundred feet of a polling place.
The Election Task Force will be activated starting at 7 a.m. Tuesday.
Krasner emphasized that anyone who tries to attempt voter intimidation or voter suppression will be held accountable.
“There is an election court with judges. They have orders. Those orders are going to say, in essence, get out of the polling place. Anybody that doesn’t get out, you’re getting arrested. That’s how it works,” Krasner said.
Does the reader reside in the Papal Apartment? No. Does he include ‘Vicar of Christ’ in his C.V.?No. Is he the pope? No.
These things the reader has in common with the Argentinian apostate, Jorge Bergoglio, whose latest act of treachery against God, His Christ, His Church, His Saints and His flock – timed to correspond with the traditional (i.e. authentic) Feast of Christ the King – is “Luce”, the insidious androgynous and rainbow Rosary wearing witch ‘mascot’ for the upcoming Jubilee Year, 2025 A.D.
In modern parlance, Jubilee Years are ‘a very big deal’; they come but once every fifty (50) years and are a year of Mercy: a special year of remission of sins, debts and of universal pardon; a time when the Mercy is God is on display and prevailing, and is thus more generous and accessible.
The wicked dimensions of this diabolical mockery are covered by Miss Barnhardt (here) and the reader should familiarise himself with them. To mock God is, amongst many other things, unwise; however to denigrate, revile and blaspheme His Mercy is grotesque and ghoulish.
It is also supremely provocative. Proverbially speaking, this outrage could be the ‘final straw’ and, thus, reparation is of high order. St. Bonafaventure tells us that the Deluge was a response to the prevailing crime of the age: lust, as cold water cools carnal desires; and that in the last days, when avarice is the order the day, fire from heaven will be required to burn it away.
Without wishing to wade into considerations of who was the last Supreme Pontiff (Pius XII, Ratzinger, or other; ‘Class of 1958’ vs. ‘Class of 2022’; Sede or variant), it must surely be patently clear that this man Bergolio is neither Catholic nor pope, but rather a destroyer and interloper. Simply put: it is not possible that he could validly be Christ’s Vicar. The very notion has descended into dark, sardonic mirth.
If one’s Sensus Fidelium does not tell one that this man is an enemy of God, then it is absent.
If the reader thinks otherwise – and such is immaterial to the dire and urgent need for reparation in the face of this crime – do not let him think that God rewards indifference or languid, innocuous ‘loyalty’. Let him give thought now to how he will answer, when called to Judgement, “Didst thou love me?”; “Where was thine loyalty to Me?” Let him consider too the time-specific warnings of our most Blessed Mother at La Salette (and elsewhere) and weigh the probabilities.
The following selection of reparatory prayers (reproduced in both English + Latin) is of Your correspondent’s own suggestion and, though he be far from a ‘competent authority’, they comprise the Divine Praises (the orthodox supplication in the face of blasphemy), the 3rd Sorrowful Mystery The Crowning with Thorns (where God as man put upon His Head the punishment which He, as God, had given man; thereby ransoming Himself for His creatures) and an abbreviated rendering of Psalm 50, Miserére, the great Penitential Psalm. ‘Miserére’ is Latin for ‘mercy’, which may explain why, when correctly numbered (i.e. Vulgate & Douay Rheims) it is the 50th chapter of the Psalter, just as the Jubilee is the fiftieth year…
“Today, we engage in a practice that St. John Chrysostom reported had been ordered by the Apostles: praying for the dead. The feast of All Souls has a particular ring to each person though — if yesterday’s feast of All Saints failed to remind you of your final end and where you ought to strive to be, today is here to remind you that someday it will be your soul in the pile of names prayed for today. Today is the beginning of the season of the year when the Church emphasizes to you that you are to remember your final end. You, me, and everyone else who reads this will die, face judgment, and be admitted to Heaven or Hell. It’s that first part — that we all die due to original sin, that everyone forgets — or buries. But remembering your death is a key to a clean heart. Eventually, you will face the Just Judge. Everyone else who has already died already has. By praying for them, you remember your own appointment to be there someday, too…”
The Holy Souls have already won their fight. They are eager to burn off their time before entering the Beatific Vision. Visit a Catholic cemetery today and pray they get sprung. When they make it, they will intercede on your behalf. It’s selflessness and a sort of pious selfishness at the same time. You can gain a plenary indulgence for one of them every day for the next seven days. Remember your death is coming, and with it, your final end. -nvp
The Vigil of All Saints had been a proper vigil with its own Mass and Office since the eighth century, right up until it got canceled in 1957. It was canceled and not replaced with anything. Feria. Because when something works well for 1200 years, you should definitely get rid of it.
From my 1948 hand missal:
“The preparing by a solemn vigil for the celebration of All Saints Day probably dates from the eighth century, when November 1 was fixed for the celebration of the feast. The fast on this vigil is of universal observance. As on other vigils, Holy Mass is celebrated in purple vestments, and the liturgy throughout is of a penitential character. Let our life here on earth be lived by us with the help of God’s grace, as a preparation for an eternity happy with God in His Heavenly home.”
Collect: O Lord, our God, multiply Thy graces upon us, and grant that joy may follow in the holy praise of those whose glorious festival we anticipate.
Epistle (Apoc. 5:6-12): In those days, behold I, John, saw in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, a Lamb standing as it were slain, having seven horns and seven eyes: which are the seven Spirits of God, sent forth into all the earth. And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat on the throne. And when he had opened the book, the four living creatures, and the four and twenty ancients fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints: And they sung a new canticle, saying: Thou art worthy, O Lord, to take the book, and to open the seals thereof; because thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God, in thy blood, out of every tribe, and tongue, and people, and nation. And hast made us to our God a kingdom and priests, and we shall reign on the earth. And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne, and the living creatures, and the ancients; and the number of them was thousands of thousands, saying with a loud voice, ‘The Lamb that was slain is worthy to receive power, and divinity, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and benediction.’
“In this article we will deal with one of the most commonly expressed fears of concluding that Francis is not the pope, namely, the worry that an extended vacancy of the Holy See is incompatible with the promises of Christ and the constitution of his Church.”
This is the question being asked by an increasing number of Catholics whether online, amongst family and friends, in conversations with trusted clergy, or in the privacy of their own troubled hearts and minds.
The immediate causes of this questioning are the objective words and actions of Francis himself. Many Catholics, on considering what Francis has said and done in light of the Catholic Church’s doctrine, and the principles propounded by her theologians, have concluded that we can have moral certainty that Francis is not the pope, and that the Holy See is currently vacant. Others disagree with these conclusions.
It is undoubtedly the case that a growing number of Catholics hold that the See of Rome is currently vacant, though there are disagreements as to when this vacancy began.
This position is held by sincere men and women who are trying to interpret the realities they are witnessing in light of Catholic teaching, and to preserve the faith at a time of unprecedented crisis. It is right that views held by sincere Catholics should be openly and responsibly discussed by a media organization like LifeSiteNews, which is dedicated to seeking the truth about the underlying causes of the crisis in the Church and the modern world.
There is an urgent need for faithful Catholics – all those who look to the magisterium of the Catholic Church as their rule of faith – to work together to come to a deeper understanding of what has happened in the Church in recent decades and how we ought to respond to it. This requires engaging with the Church’s teaching and seeking, as best we can, to apply it to the facts of our times; it requires openly discussing and debating opposing positions with the mutual intention of arriving at the truth.
We will not always agree with each other, but we need to remain charitable, even when we disagree. We must not condemn others for holding positions which the Church herself does not condemn, even if we believe those who hold to them have made a mistake in the application of theological principles.
I have expressed some of my own views in a number of articles on LifeSiteNews. I have argued that Francis is not the pope due to his public heresy and I have also summarized a number of other arguments that lead to the same conclusion. Furthermore, I have set out (here and here) why, in my opinion, arguments from “universal and peaceful acceptance” fail to prove that Francis is the pope. LifeSiteNews has also published opposing opinions in an effort to foster open debate.
Catholics who publicly express the view that the Holy See is vacant should expect that their attempts to reach the truth will often be met with hostility and derision, rather than with openness and respect. Perhaps surprisingly, hostile reactions will often come from some of the most trenchant public critics of Francis and his recent predecessors…
“The “Synod on Synodality” that has just concluded is a perfect icon of the duplicitous and fraudulent nature of the conciliar and synodal church. The usual promotion of the globalist agenda is all too evident. The hierarchical subversion of gender equality is at the origin of the surreal discussion about the “ordination” of women, of which a “ pastoral experimentation ” has already been approved to begin that will serve in the near future as an alibi for the official modification of doctrine on the Sacrament of Holy Orders. In the same way, the acceptance of LGBTQ+ ideology, which is also a globalist objective, was obsequiously transposed to the Synod after the premise was laid in Fiducia Supplicans . The deep church acts in total rupture from and in opposition to the ecclesial body, exactly as the deep state governs against the interests of citizens. Regardless of the individual articles of Faith that the Synod tampers with pastorally, it is also evident that the ultimate goal that Bergoglio has set for himself is to destroy the Catholic Church by distorting the nature of the Papacy as Our Lord established it. The church of Jorge Mario Bergoglio is a “synodal church,” therefore it is neither monarchical nor divine, but democratic and human. Its authority is not vicarious of the sacred Power of Christ but rather a false and deceptive expression of a supposed “will of the people,” or even worse it is a “sign of the Spirit” that a subversive organization is hiding behind. Faithful Catholics are being deceived by false shepherds and mercenaries.
“Everything in the words and actions of the synodal church is a lie. Because its purpose is to impose by authority, under the guise of a request from the grass roots, things that no faithful Catholic has ever asked for, because they contradict the teaching of Our Lord. This authority, which has been usurped for the opposite purpose to that for which Jesus Christ established it, is completely illegitimate, and it is now the duty of each and every Successor of the Apostles to denounce this synodal farce , the final phase of the conciliar revolution , with which the Bride of the Lamb has been replaced by the Whore of Babylon that is subservient to the New World Order.
“There are those who believe that the alarm about Bergoglio’s subversive intentions is excessive and unfounded, citing as an example of his intermittent orthodoxy his latest “encyclical” on devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. This document represents a diversion to deceive the faithful, according to the well-tested strategy of deception typical of the Jesuit and Peronist Bergoglio, confirming his duplicity and intellectual dishonesty. The argument made in Dilexit Nos – treated in an apparently anti-modern key – constitutes a clumsy attempt at fraudulent reappropriation by the Society of Jesus of the cult of the Sacred Heart, of which it has been the historical custodian. This devotion, which arose to counter the Jansenist heresy, will inevitably be distorted to give the appearance of theological rigor to the opposing heresy, that is, to a form of doctrinal and moral laxity that admits everything as morally permissible because it has supposedly already been healed and forgiven by the infinite Mercy of God. Such false devotion is perfectly consistent with the Synod’s aim.”

The scriptures tell the whole story today; not much to add. Beware those who love the world and whom the world loves. If the world doesn’t hate you, you’re doing it wrong. Heretics will abound, and need to be dealt with. Stick with what you know to be true. God is in control, and everything you need has been provided. Let’s start with today’s Gospel:
At that time, Jesus said to His disciples: “These things I command you, that you love one another. If the world hate you, know ye that it hath hated me before you. If you had been of the world, the world would love its own: but because you are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. Remember my word that I said to you: The servant is not greater than his master. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you. If they have kept my word, they will keep yours also. But all these things they will do to you for my name’s sake: because they know not him that sent me. If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not have sin: but now they have no excuse for their sin. He that hateth me hateth my Father also. If I had not done among them the works that no other man hath done, they would not have sin: but now they have both seen and hated both me and my Father. But that the word may be fulfilled which is written in their law: ‘They hated me without cause.’ John 15:17-25
Now let’s have a look at the Epistle of St. Jude. He kept it short and sweet, only one chapter, so we might as well read the whole thing. Love for our Lord comes down to treating him right with how we live our lives. Beware the heretics, and deal with them according to their crimes. Be watchful, and persevere. Blessed feast to all. Saints Simon and Jude, pray for us.
1Jude, the servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James: to them that are beloved in God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ, and called. 2Mercy unto you, and peace, and charity be fulfilled.
3Dearly beloved, taking all care to write unto you concerning your common salvation, I was under a necessity to write unto you: to beseech you to contend earnestly for the faith once delivered to the saints. 4For certain men are secretly entered in, (who were written of long ago unto this judgment,) ungodly men, turning the grace of our Lord God into riotousness, and denying the only sovereign Ruler, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
5I will therefore admonish you, though ye once knew all things, that Jesus, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, did afterwards destroy them that believed not: 6And the angels who kept not their principality, but forsook their own habitation, he hath reserved under darkness in everlasting chains, unto the judgment of the great day. 7As Sodom and Gomorrha, and the neighbouring cities, in like manner, having given themselves to fornication, and going after other flesh, were made an example, suffering the punishment of eternal fire.
8In like manner these men also defile the flesh, and despise dominion, and blaspheme majesty. 9When Michael the archangel, disputing with the devil, contended about the body of Moses, he durst not bring against him the judgment of railing speech, but said: The Lord command thee. 10But these men blaspheme whatever things they know not: and what things soever they naturally know, like dumb beasts, in these they are corrupted. 11Woe unto them, for they have gone in the way of Cain: and after the error of Balaam they have for reward poured out themselves, and have perished in the contradiction of Core. 12These are spots in their banquets, feasting together without fear, feeding themselves, clouds without water, which are carried about by winds, trees of the autumn, unfruitful, twice dead, plucked up by the roots, 13Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own confusion; wandering stars, to whom the storm of darkness is reserved for ever.
14Now of these Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied, saying: Behold, the Lord cometh with thousands of his saints, 15To execute judgment upon all, and to reprove all the ungodly for all the works of their ungodliness, whereby they have done ungodly, and of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against God. 16These are murmurers, full of complaints, walking according to their own desires, and their mouth speaketh proud things, admiring persons for gain’s sake.
17But you, my dearly beloved, be mindful of the words which have been spoken before by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ, 18Who told you, that in the last time there should come mockers, walking according to their own desires in ungodlinesses. 19These are they, who separate themselves, sensual men, having not the Spirit. 20But you, my beloved, building yourselves upon you most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, 21Keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, unto life everlasting. 22And some indeed reprove, being judged: 23But others save, pulling them out of the fire. And on others have mercy, in fear, hating also the spotted garment which is carnal.
24Now to him who is able to preserve you without sin, and to present you spotless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, in the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, 25To the only God our Saviour through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory and magnificence, empire and power, before all ages, and now, and for all ages of ages. Amen.
That is, those of us destined never to be approved as an official media outlet of the Vatican antichurch. Deo Gratias.
At that time, Pilate therefore went into the hall again and called Jesus and said to him: “Art thou the king of the Jews?” Jesus answered:”Sayest thou this thing of thyself, or have others told it thee of me?”Pilate answered: “Am I a Jew? Thy own nation and the chief priests have delivered thee up to me. What hast thou done?” Jesus answered: “My kingdom is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world, my servants would certainly strive that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now my kingdom is not from hence.” Pilate therefore said to him: “Art thou a king then?” Jesus answered: “Thou sayest that I am a king. For this was I born, and for this came I into the world; that I should give testimony to the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.”
Gospel, Feast of Christ the King (St. John 18:33-37)
Truth. The enemy of our enemies. This is war.
Having received the food of immortality, we beseech Thee, O Lord, that we who are proud to fight under the banner of Christ the King, may one day reign in the eternally with Him in heaven. Who with Thee liveth and reigneth in the unity of the Holy Ghost, God, world without end.
Postcommunion, Feast of Christ the King
Act of Consecration of the Human Race to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
Most sweet Jesus, Redeemer of the human race, look down upon us humbly prostrate before Thine altar. We are Thine, and Thine we wish to be; but, to be more surely united with Thee, behold each one of us freely consecrates himself today to Thy most Sacred Heart.
Many indeed have never known Thee; many too, despising Thy precepts, have rejected Thee. Have mercy on them all, most merciful Jesus, and draw them to Thy sacred Heart.
Be Thou King, O Lord, not only of the faithful who have never forsaken Thee, but also of the prodigal children who have abandoned Thee; grant that they may quickly return to Thy Father’s house lest they die of wretchedness and hunger.
Be Thou King of those who are deceived by erroneous opinions, or whom discord keeps aloof, and call them back to the harbor of truth and unity of faith, so that there may be but one flock and one Shepherd.
Be Thou King of all those who are still involved in the darkness of idolatry or of Islamism, and refuse not to draw them into the light and kingdom of God. Turn Thine eyes of mercy towards the children of the race, once Thy chosen people: of old they called down upon themselves the Blood of the Savior; may it now descend upon them a laver of redemption and of life.
Grant, O Lord, to Thy Church assurance of freedom and immunity from harm; give peace and order to all nations, and make the earth resound from pole to pole with one cry: “Praise be to the divine Heart that wrought our salvation; to it be glory and honor for ever.” Amen.
